OVERVIEW

The MBBS course is offered at KMC, Manipal and KMC, Mangalore. Its duration is four and a half years plus one year of compulsory rotating internship course.

This is recognised by the General Medical Council of Great Britain and the Malaysian Medical Council.

The course conducts theory classes and clinical training according to MCI guidelines.

FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Demonstration Rooms

RMRI is adopting best practices for tutorials/demonstrations. Department has two demonstration rooms of 60 Sq.M & 75 seating capacity each fitted with strip chairs, over head projector, slide projector, & other audio-visual aids. 

Staff accommodation

Well-designed two bed room flats with all the basic and modern facilities are provided for Sr. Residents and Junior Residents. Quarters, with access to integrate common facilities like telephone, 24 hours electricity, continuous water supply, pure drinking water, etc., are also provided for teaching and non-teaching staff on priority basis.
